    Readers who find Reynolds’s little green-bound Christmas book “The Pixy; or the Unbaptised Child” hard to access in the original 1848 John Dicks edition might like to read its reprint in “Reynolds’s Miscellany” 27 April -25 May 1850. It makes an interesting comparison with Dickens’s Christmas stories.
